Your Footprint as a Global Audit Compliance Manager - Trust & Safety Will Be

to create, manage and perform internal audits/assessments of Trust & Safety operations throughout Teleperformance. Serving the Teleperformance Global Compliance, Security & Privacy committee and the Audit, Risk & Compliance committee of the Board of Directors, the Global Audit team partners with senior management, operations, security, and clients to analyze and report critical business issues, measure and enhance compliance, identify gaps in controls, improve operations and customer satisfaction, and deter fraud. The results of the Global Audit & Compliance Manager's efforts will catalyze change throughout all Trust & Safety operations performed in the organization.

Qualifications

What Will You Need to Succeed?

  • Bachelors degree and seven years related work experience or ten years related work experience post high school
  • Experience with fast-paced environments leveraging critical skillsets such as problem-solving, initiative, and action orientation
  • Self-motivated to deliver work product that contributes to a teamwork product
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Communicate results in written and verbal form to various levels of management
  • Ability to quickly grasp audit process and adapt that process to various business areas
  • Ability to travel 25-50% (including weekends)
  • Valid Passport and ability to travel internationally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business experience in the Trust & Safety field
  • Self-motivated to deliver work product that contributes to a teamwork product
  • CPA, CIA, CFE, MCSE, CCNA, CCSE, CISA, or relevant professional certification encouraged (not required)
  • Related/Transferable Experience:
  • Risks and control principles associated with Trust & Safety
  • Laws and regulations related to the area of responsibility (Trust & Safety, Ethics, Audit, Privacy, etc.)
  • Information Security Standards such as ISO27001, 37000
  • Privacy Standards such as ISO 27701
  • Strong data analytic experience
  • Investigations or fraud analysis
  • Management in related fields
  • Undergraduate or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, MIS, or another related field
  • Trust & Safety and Content Moderation by Business Process Organizations
  • Audit & Compliance experience

Responsibilities

As a Global Audit Compliance Manager - Trust & Safety, You Will

  • Develop a Trust & Safety audit program that can verify compliance with company policies, client contract requirements (CCRs), wellness programs, and associated standards & procedures prescribed by management
  • Prepare audit reports that effectively communicate results to management and executives.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to drive improvement in both the audit program and Trust and Safety operations
  • Provide appropriate recommendations to close any gaps identified and track completion of associated action plans
