  • You will be working in an Inbound/Outbound call center as the first point of contact for our customers.
  • You will be the voice of the dealership that schedules appointments for our Service Department.
  • No cold calling
  • � High school diploma or equivalent
  • � Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • � 1-3 years of experience in a call center/phone customer service environment
  • � Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • � Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • � Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • � Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
  • � Bilingual is a plus, but not required
  • � Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends (40 hours/week)
  • You must be able to pass a drug screening.

  • � Answer incoming calls and respond to customer s emails
  • � Management and resolve customer complaints
  • � Recommend additional upcoming services
  • � Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • � Provide service and appointment information to customers
  • � Research required information using available resources
  • � Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
  • � Route calls to appropriate resources
  • � Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • � Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
  • � Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • � Complete call logs and reports
  • � Other duties as assigned
