We’re currently looking for: A Sr. Product Manager, Services who will be responsible for Defining, Managing and Maintaining the Services’ catalogue. You will drive Offer creation, Pricing and Positioning, and Services’ Product roadmap, obtaining inputs from Sales, Professional Services, Customer Support, Product Management, and Channel, along with a blend of primary and secondary market research, working closely with internal stakeholders to guide services from conception to launch. RingCentral Services is entering its next phase of growth and is looking for a Sr. Product Manager, Services. This individual contributor role will have a broad and dynamic set of responsibilities, from Strategy to Execution, with the ability to grow further.

As part of the Product Management - Services team, you will bridge the technical and business worlds, leading cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. You must have the passion to innovate with a cloud software-as a-service mindset and be emphatic about recurring revenue models.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:

  • Assess the market potential, competitive landscape, differentiators, and go to market strategy for new service offerings (both direct and indirect)

  • Collaborate internally and externally with cross-functional groups to align on plans to build the most impactful services, and then execute on those plans.

  • Represent and champion the creation of projects and services while working with up and downstream internal partners in Operations, Finance, Marketing and Communications

  • Develop and maintain documentation associated with assigned service lines including service descriptions/profiles, RFP materials and implementation/training guides.

  • Fully own the services roadmap from Idea-to-Offering.

  • Develop pricing analysis, sales strategies and forecasts, business cases, funding requests and ROI calculations for new service ideas.

  • Articulate and manage to metrics with focus on customer and business outcomes.

  • Lead portfolio performance management activities

  • Customer research – Specifying and overseeing the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers and partners.

  • Customer and partner engagement – supporting sales, support, customer success and partner team objectives through specific field support (inclusive of presentations).

  • Represent RingCentral at key events such as webinars, conferences, seminars, etc.

  • Proven experience bringing successful, profitable consulting or support offerings to market

  • Pricing & profitability models and know how to build a strong case to support investment in our strategy / offers.

  • Align stakeholders from across the organization on services definition and requirements.

  • Be able to manage the offer development process to ensure milestones and delivery timelines are achieved.

  • Develop and localize messaging, solution offerings, and customer experiences in alignment with business line leaders, client account managers, and sales and marketing.

  • Work across our global client network to identify and capture sales opportunities, including preparing and delivering sales pitches.

  • Create metrics and milestones around new offer launches, measuring success post-launch and iterating.

  • Capture insight and feedback from customers and partners to prioritize offer enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • 10 plus years’ experience in a related role and industry experience preferred

  • Deep familiarity with product management methodology and framework

  • Strategic thinker with technical background or related experience, able to merge product and business strategy

  • UCaaS/CCaaS experience is a plus

  • Experienced in defining, collecting and measuring key offer metrics to inform success/failure of each service offerings/programs, and know when to enhance or sunset service offers

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully bring new offerings to market

  • Familiarity and experience with services business model, offers, and positioning (including existing experience with Managed Services and/or Consulting) is a plus

  • Highly analytical – hands-on experience analyzing data to inform pricing, profitability, and growth

  • Exceptional problem solving, teamwork, and leadership skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. An effective presenter of capabilities, vision, value proposition, and service roadmaps to customers, prospects, Sales leadership and at other public events

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage completing timelines, deliverables, expectations, and customer demands

  • Extremely detail-oriented with an eye toward creativity, branding, and design

  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $114,00.00 and $172,000.00 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
