Accounting Consultant
Payroll Clerk - ADP
General Purpose of Job
- Pay Roll: Prepares the Company's payrolls, maintains, master file and individual payroll records.
- Accounts Receivable: Invoice Tracking, Reconciliation and Payment
Pay Rate: $17 hr.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Payroll, approx. 3 days a week
- Process weekly time keeping records.
- Verifies information from payroll processing company.
- Maintains employee payroll files and PTO time.
- Transmits payroll information.
- Prepares and transmits 401k contribution data.
- Verifies accuracy of payroll.
- Runs report to update current PTO and vacation status.
- Runs weekly reports of PTO hours remaining per department.
- Prepares and processes payroll journal entries.
Will partner with the AR team and/or HR team approx. 2 days a week.
Education and/or Experience: Payroll / Accounts Receivable
- Knowledge of ADP a plus
- Payroll experience required
