Payroll Clerk - ADP


General Purpose of Job

  • Pay Roll: Prepares the Company's payrolls, maintains, master file and individual payroll records.
  • Accounts Receivable: Invoice Tracking, Reconciliation and Payment


Pay Rate: $17 hr.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Payroll, approx. 3 days a week

  • Process weekly time keeping records.
  • Verifies information from payroll processing company.
  • Maintains employee payroll files and PTO time.
  • Transmits payroll information.
  • Prepares and transmits 401k contribution data.
  • Verifies accuracy of payroll.
  • Runs report to update current PTO and vacation status.
  • Runs weekly reports of PTO hours remaining per department.
  • Prepares and processes payroll journal entries.



Will partner with the AR team and/or HR team approx. 2 days a week.



Education and/or Experience: Payroll / Accounts Receivable


  • Knowledge of ADP a plus
  • Payroll experience required
