PURPOSE STATEMENT
The Customer Service Representative position will work with brokers, field sales, distribution centers & internal Rich Products Corporation Associates to proactively manage the service requirements of our customers in an efficient & cost effective manner that is mutually beneficial to the customer and Rich Products.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES
Receive & respond to inquiries from customers, brokers, field sales and internal associates in regards to order status, products, pricing, promotions and forecast information
Perform troubleshooting and develop permanent solutions
Process customer orders and manage order data integrity
Support maximum order fulfillment activities by collaborating with fellow CS&L associates
Coordinate required distribution activities and notify customers regarding order fulfillment
Develop and leverage relationships with Third Party distribution partners
Support the Customer Service & Logistics organization with departmental projects
Ensure customer expectations are understood and met
Interpret company policies / procedures and enforce compliance
Special projects as needed
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 1+ year business experience to include customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills (interpersonal skills)
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and trouble-shooting skills
Demonstrated ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong decision-making skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere
Spanish and/or French language skills preferred
Strong ability to be flexible
Strong PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Access preferred)
SAP or related systems experience preferred
