Reporting to the Team Leader – Customer Care, the live chat agent role is responsible for connecting with members by sharing passion for an active lifestyle, demonstrating product knowledge and understanding their needs. You connect with members by sharing your passion for an active lifestyle.

In this position, you will ensure customer service through your customer support skills over the live chat.

Job Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for customers through Live Chat
  • Collect customer feedback for service improvement and product development
  • Engage with customers to build and maintain long-term relationships and address customer needs
  • Ensure we receive positive feedback on our review channels, and maintain our high feedback scores
  • Make the customer as successful as possible


  • Ability to work remotely
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
  • No prior experience required.
