Painter Helper

*Description:* * Start to finish production and painting. * In the paint department you could be doing anything from; * Bonding and metal finishing/grinding to get the body and smaller parts ready for paint. * Washing the machines to get them ready for paint prep. * Prepping with taping parts off. * Spraying on primer/touch up paint. * Grinding and touching up parts that were painted incorrectly. * Finish painting. *Skills:* * Sanding * Paint prep * Spray Paint * Washing Machines *Must Haves:* 6+ month manufacturing experience in paint or fabrication, automotive or machining environment where they were using tools like grinders or sprayers Attendance is important *Plus*: Previous paint experience masking or spraying or prepping *Experience Level:* Entry Level About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
