Call Center Customer Service Representative

Aston Carter is looking for a Call Center Representative who knows how to deliver a personalized, best-in-class customer experience to millions of people who need care!

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Inbound and Outbound calling Required.
• Assist customers with booking appointments or to learn more about programs.
• Empathize, develop rapport, and offer compelling solutions to customers.

Schedule:

• Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm
• Saturday 9am-5pm
• Shift will be assigned within that timeframe.

Skills & Qualifications:

• A consistent, gapless work history with minimal career changes
• 1 year of Customer Service/Sales experience required
• Easily take and follow direction & willing to be a part of a team
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a wide range of patients and colleagues
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
