Customer Service Agent
Job Summary:
Teleperformance USA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to customers across various industries. You will use your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls from customers and provide them with expert advice and solutions to their inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services that meet their individual requirements
- Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, refunds, and exchanges
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating empathy, patience, and active listening skills
- Navigate multiple systems and applications to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
- Meet and exceed performance goals and targets while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify
- customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings as needed
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
