What you'll be doing...

• Using data analytics to determine areas of focus for risk and incident reduction. Collaborating with various stakeholders to re-design work tasks.



• Sharing ergonomic information and solutions through various forums including verbal and written communications and program development.


• Developing projects that minimize or reduce the likelihood of ergonomic injury.

Where you'll be working...

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

This position can be located in the North East- preferably PA, NY, NJ, CT and / or, DE.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have :

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.


• Four or more years of relevant work experience.


• Experience inoccupational setting.


• Experience in ergonomics.


• Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% of the time.


• Valid Driver's License.

Even better If you have one or more of the following :

• Knowledge of Six Sigma training in LEAN or DMAIC process.


• Ability to assess all facets of a task, including tools and equipment, posture, force, repetition, human factors, and design.


• Ability to think strategically.


• Good communicator.


• Experience in driving change.


• Certified Industrial Ergonomist, Certified Professional or Associate Ergonomist, Physical Therapist, Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.


• Degree in Ergonomics, Human Factors, Industrial Hygiene, Safety, EHS.


• Experience in organizational and project management skills.


• Ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful completion.


• Good interpersonal communication skills. Capable of building successful relationships with internal stakeholders, including those at the senior level.
