Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for an Administrative Functional Support 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in Iuka, MS.
In this role y ou will perform a variety of activities in support of the functional area of Training and Onboarding. You will gather, collect, record, track, and verify data and information from multiple sources. You will also compile, review, and analyze data. You will use software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations. You may design processes to enhance workflow. You will also provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
This Position will be supporting the classified program team with the ability to obtain and maintain a secret level security clearance as a requirement.
Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To
- Assist in the administration of training programs including management workshops, running reports, assigning training, budgeting, compliance training, soft skills courses among others to help employee cultivate their skills and knowledge
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Have strong organizational and planning skills
- Assist with onboarding new hire program
- Assist in mapping out training plans and schedules, for corporate, functional and employee training
- Develop course work for items or system-based trainings
- Gather feedback from each educational session and compile data
- Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience's training needs
- Supports IPT department functions in the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accuracy of employee course completion
- Assist employees with LMS related questions
- Maintain project documentation and course folders
- Create and review documents for correct grammar, spelling, and context
- Prepare and disseminate multi-media communication to staff as needed
- Organize and support staffing metrics and activities for a large organization
- Create and maintain aesthetically pleasing and accurate organizational charts, rosters, and contact lists
- Arrange meetings and conferences for staff
- Establish positive relationships and collaborate with other administrative professionals
- H.S. diploma or equivalent and 6 years of experience in administration, training or related field in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) e)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance
- Ability to prioritize and adjust tasks simultaneously to accomplish the project result
- Current active DoD Secret Clearance and Special Access Program clearance
- Experience working with Workday
- Experience organizing and supporting staffing metrics and activities for a large organization (100+ employees)
