JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for managing Program Managers and Project Managers assigned to the Enterprise Project Management Organization. Responsible for development, implementation, and operationalization of project management methodology, processes and the governance mechanism for the corporate project portfolio, across multiple lines of business; Provides direct governance and oversight for project delivery, establishing project level performance criteria, developing and executing plans to develop the implementation team and ensuring the team delivers on Client and Company goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the program/project team's engagement with Sales, Client Solutions and other internal departments to deliver client programs and internal projects on time, on budget, and according to client specifications while optimizing internal resources and capabilities.
Oversee and direct enterprise-wide corporate projects across several business verticals and integrate planned/new projects with the business and integration Project Management Offices (PMOs).
Enforce project management process and methodology across all projects.
Define, design, develop and deliver new client programs and/or existing client transitions when team is at capacity.
Manage internal company projects related to capacity such as site closures and new site openings
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; administering salary; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. Business Administration or related field
Licenses or certifications: PMP Certification preferred
Required experience: Years: 7 - 10 of Project Management experience in application and data development.
Preferred Experience: Years: 3 - 5 years of Prior experience managing project and/or departmental budgets required
