What You Will Do


As a Customer Service Representative, you will take Inbound calls from existing customers, addressing inquiries about the program and troubleshooting issues with their online portal.


We provide exceptional Customer Service through inbound phone calls daily, focusing on first-call resolution. Hands-on training is provided, with ongoing refreshers as processes and procedures change.



  • Serves as the primary contact for customer issues viainbound telephonic support in Spanish and English

  • Troubleshoots customer problems identifies the root cause of the problem and uses tools and resources appropriately to determine a resolution

  • Meets standards of the job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule and average handle time


  • Other related duties assigned as needed


What You Bring



  • High School diploma or GED required

  • 6 months of customer service experience

  • Experience working in a Spanish campaign in a call center is an asset

  • Ability to navigate multiple screens / programs and multi-task

  • Impeccable communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and to be open to feedback

  • Working knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Office Suite, as well as the ability to navigate multiple applications

  • Ability to adapt to new technology

  • Ability to type 25 wpm with 95%+ accuracy

  • Willingness and ability to appear on live video with co-workers in a distraction-free dedicated space

  • Ability to work both independently, as well as in a team environment

What Remote Life With VXI Requires



  • Internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider

  • The minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps

  • Minimum download speed of 10 Mbps

  • Availability of an Ethernet connection to the internet source is required

  • A secure dedicated office space where monitors are not seen by anyone outside of VXI

  • An environment free from noise where conversations with customers cannot be overheard
