Seeking experienced Hardware Technical Support Specialist for a call center in Irving TX.
Knowledge of hardware and software is a PLUS!!
Job Title: Hardware Technical Support Representative
Pay: $20/hr | will increase to $22/hr when converted
Location: Irving, TX
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30 - 5:30 for first 2-3 months
After that, the schedule will rotate monthly between the time periods below. Saturday shift will rotate every 2 3 months as well.
Monday - Friday
7am 4pm
8:30am 5:30pm
10am 7pm
Saturday
8am 5pm

Job Overview:

Provide Level One help desk support for Retail ATMs to our customers, distributors, and dealers.

Answer incoming calls and troubleshoot the issue with that customer over the phone or via email

Determine issues (hardware/software), ask probing questions to reach root cause, make recommendations for actions needed, guide field tech through the troubleshooting or repair process as necessary.

Log and document every call with detail to fully describe the events of the call
Experience/ Qualifications:

Troubleshooting hardware and software experience

Microsoft Office Programs Including Excel, Word, Outlook
