Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Graphics and Artwork Representative Assistant for our Customer Service Department.
High level of accountabilities include:
- Assist B2B customers via phone and email while building long term business relationships
- Enter, verify, and process orders
- Assure orders ship on time and deadlines are met
- Assist Graphics and Artwork Representative
- Resolve artwork issues
- Assist with customer development and follow-up for top accounts
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience with Vector artwork
- Previous customer service experience in an office setting
- Strong attention to detail is required to succeed in this position
- The ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment is necessary
- Ability to multitask, adjust priorities and manage time wisely
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sales experience that can assist in building customer relationships is a plus

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
