- Very reasonable billable hour requirements approx.
- 1560 billable hours
- Hybrid work opportunity
- 1+ years of probate litigation experience including will contests, trusts disputes, breach of fiduciary duties, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing/drafting skills
- Admission to MA bar
