Job Scope:

  • This role will be a part of the GTM Strategy Team focused on identifying, operationalizing, tracking and reporting new incremental net positive revenue growth initiatives for RingCentral.
  • The primary focus of this role will be on initiatives designed to increase adoption and grow the RingCentral Video business. However, there will also be exposure and opportunities to contribute to other GTM growth initiatives.
  • Assist in defining market opportunity, conduct competitive analysis, and define TAM/SAM/SOM.
  • Partner with Finance to build the business case and identify sales, marketing and product investments while modeling expected incremental revenues and outcomes.
  • Develop communications package to present to BU stakeholders and Executive Leadership team for alignment and approvals.
  • Define Program milestones, dates and deliverables across impacted work groups.
  • Finalize monthly and quarterly KPI metrics, build tracking dashboards and analytics with key visuals and takeaways.
  • Analyze initiative performance and build corrective action and gap plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Major in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business Analytics. Will consider other majors if you have strong STEM skills/experience.
  • Strong project management and operational aptitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Self-starters who are results-oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious.
  • Strong presentation skills - You will be presenting regularly to the team and communicating with a variety of stakeholders via RingCentral Video.
  • Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ability to adapt to change and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SmartSheets and/or Google Sheets (including knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other technical functions).
  • Familiar with data visualization tools (Tableau knowledge preferred)

Learning Skills/Outcomes:

  • Hands on work with existing and new sales and marketing motions intended to drive new incremental revenue streams.
  • Time management & project management - You will be given a lot of freedom to dictate your own workflows and schedule tasks as you see fit to achieve your projects.
  • Close mentorship - We re committed to ensuring that you have the information and tools you need to succeed in this role, despite the remote environment.
  • Visibility within RingCentral - This role will interact with a wide range of teams and have opportunities to present to senior employees.

Availability:

  • Full-time [40 hours per week, 10 week internship]
  • Must be available to start either June 13 or June 20, 2023
  • Must be available to work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office per week) in our Denver, CO, or Dallas, TX office
