Marketing Specialist
Job Summary:
A Marketing Specialist is a person who helps design, creates, and oversees a marketing project. This may include a multi-platform marketing campaign, advertising, promotions, and sales. Often, a Marketing Specialist will specialize in a specific communication channel (email, social, digital, etc.) or product area.
Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms in accordance with Teleperformance USA's policies and guidelines.
- Identify and escalate content that violates policies or community standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate responses to user inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while reviewing and moderating content.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in social media policies, guidelines, and trends.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in social media content moderation or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
