- What will you do in this role?
- As a Customer Support Ambassador, you will:+ Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
- As a Customer Support Ambassador your empathy, integrity, knowledge and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction.
- You also have:+ Minimum six months of customer service experience preferred+ Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge+ Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally+ Ability to multi-task, flexible and able to quickly adapt to changes+ Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment+ Ability to demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including ability to maintain a pleasant and professional tone
