About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Payment Networks Strategic Delivery Lead to join our Payment Network Office (PNO), which manages our strategic relationships with Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and is part of the Cards & Merchant Services (CMS) organization within the Consumer Lending group. This team serves as the nexus for all Network related activities, from addressing business strategies and pain points through Network capabilities, to negotiating and managing contracts, while providing guidance and subject matter expertise on Network matters. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at .This individual will own the management and delivery of Payment Network efforts, across Visa, Mastercard and American Express. They will collaborate with stakeholders across our organization to drive the alignment and synchronization of Network projects within Consumer Lending to deliver opportunities across new product development, Network conversions, co-brand integrations, product benefits and other areas where Network Subject Matter Expertise is required.In this role, you will:Partner with Product teams across consumer, small business and co-brand on new product development efforts to ensure Network related areas are addressedLead Network brand conversions in partnership with the Networks and internal stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, and TechnologyProvide specialized Subject Matter Expertise to business lines on Network related topics and matters including the integration of co-brand opportunitiesDevelop a robust framework and corresponding processes to ensure the delivery of Network components as it relates to new product launches, migrations and the integration of new co-brandsPartner with the Product Benefits team to ensure Network alignment, support negotiations and drive compliance on Network related benefitsServe as the primary escalation point on Network related issues that are raised by internal partners or the NetworksDevelop and foster cross-functional relationships with the Networks and internal stakeholders including, Product, Fraud, Risk, Sourcing, Legal, Compliance and other business and functional groupsRequired Qualifications, US:5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:3+ years of experience working with Card Issuers, Acquirers or Payment Networks2+ years of Project Management experienceConsumer Lending experienceProject management experienceExpert knowledge of the Networks and Payments ecosystem, including an understanding of key players, emerging risks and the evolving regulatory/compliance landscapeExperience with Network brand conversionsUnderstanding of Network processes required to launch new products including developing ICA strategies, BIN management and the set-up of product tiersProven leadership skills and a history working with cross-functional and diverse teamsAbility to promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork, willing to break-down functional silos to optimize resultsAbility to influence and build relationships with internal partners and external NetworksAbility to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team membersAbility to manage multiple and competing prioritiesAbility to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentAbility to manage full life cycle projects that vary in scope and complexityAbility to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectivesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsJob Expectations:Ability to travel up to 10% of the timePosting Location s :150 E 42nd St, New York, NY 100172200 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE 198038505 IBM Dr, Charlotte, NC 28262401 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 282024340 Innslake Dr, Glen Allen, VA 23060Required locations for this position are listed above.
