Pre-Authorization Representative – Onsite in Cincinnati OH
LHH is seeking a Pre-Authorization Rep with 2 years of experience in Cincinnati! Our client is hiring a candidate on a contract-to-hire basis, and offering remote work flexibility after the initial 90 days.
Job notes:

• Hiring method: Temp to Perm / Contract to Hire
• Location: Onsite in Cincinnati (near Norwood) for first 90 days, remote after 90 days
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM
• Hourly pay rate: $19-20/hour
• Pre-employment requirements: At time of hire, all candidates must complete background check, drug test, show proof of Covid-19 vaccination and receive / show proof of annual flu shot

Responsibilities include:

• Performing pre-authorizations / pre-certifications for 40-50 patients, daily
• Contacting insurance companies regarding pre-auth/pre-cert’s
• Collecting all necessary documentation, per insurance guidelines
• Relaying patient financial responsibilities to patient and informing patient of possible reschedule requirements due to missing authorizations

Qualified candidates will possess at least 2 years of experience with pre-authorizations / pre-certifications, and infusion experience is required. EPIC experience strongly preferred
