Responsibilities As A Customer Support Representative:
Professionally conduct yourself at all times when dealing with customers, clients, and fellow customer service and sales team members

Coordinate customer service dates and accurately fulfill customer information into the order system

Attend seminars and classes as necessary to learn new sales skills, increase culvert and related products knowledge

Make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a sales goal quickly and efficiently

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction and boost sales margins

Works closely with the Customer Support Representative and Sales team, and other internal departments to ensure product orders and services meet customer specifications

Achieve quality assurance, productivity and sales target goals set forth by the management team

Education or Work Experience:
High school diploma or GED

Some background in customer support, client relations, sales, or customer service is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
