Position Summary
Positions in this sub-family are responsible for providing administrative duties to the organization. Activities include producing documents, collecting, recording, sorting and filing information, preparing routine reports, responding to customer inquiries, data entry, and operating office equipment.

Bridgestone Americas Tube Business, a manufacturer of superior inner tubes in Russellville, AR, is looking to hire a customer service representative to work in our sales department. The work is focused on supporting the entire office in the following areas:

Responsibilities
Bridgestone Americas Tube Business, a manufacturer of superior inner tubes in Russellville, AR, is looking to hire a customer service representative to work in our sales department. The work is focused on supporting the entire office in the following areas:
- Respond to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accuracy with high volume of daily data entry (work well with numbers)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bill customer orders timely and accurately
- Assign shipments with the appropriate carriers to ensure the best freight costs
- Communicate with carriers for timely pick-up and delivery
- Maintain records daily and monthly - shipping journal, transactions report, backorder tracking reports, customer discrepancy reports, and end of day processes.
- Ability to work with others as part of a high performing team
- Ability to work with moderate supervision
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years previous customer service experience to include data entry
- Part Time 25-30 hrs/week
- Starting Pay: $13.00
- Day Shift Mon-Fri
