Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Specialist at Teleperformance USA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers and will be expected to handle inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. You will work closely with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or other channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and relevant information to customers, including technical support and product/service information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using a variety of tools and resources, including knowledge bases and internal systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or departments as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Record and maintain accurate customer data and interactions in internal systems.

  • performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of computer applications and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
