Computer / Network Technician Level 2 or 3 – (Not a recruiter)
We are a leading computer consulting and service firm seeking a full time professional who can troubleshoot and provide on-site and remote Server, PC, and network support. You will work both individually and with our team to interface regularly with our varied clients. You must have 3+ years’ experience in PCs, server, and network support and familiarity with commonly used application software. Other requirements are listed below.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Support server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications.
- Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating systems (2008-12-16-19)
- Experience replacing PCs - data transfer, program installations, etc.
- Experience with networking equipment including router and firewall configuration
- Understand Web and Email systems
- An MCP or better
- Ability to be on time and respond to email/phone/text promptly
- Ability to physically carry and move equipment (servers, printers, etc.)
- Must have a car and a valid driver’s license to travel to client locations, mostly within a 30-mile radius
- Must speak and write clear English, be enthusiastic, and take pride in your work
- Good communication skills and ability to interface with customers
