Sales Support Associate

The Sale Support Associate is a member of the Florida Women’s Law Group sales team and provides support for the Sales team with expert data entry. The Sales Support Associate is responsible for data entry and maintenance of the firm’s client database, including understanding and troubleshooting of automation. This role also provides backup for initial contact and sale of potential clients. The perfect candidate thrives on creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere; leveraging the firm’s experience and reputation to make the sale; and accurately maintaining client data. Our Sales Support Associate is professional yet empathetic to clients and callers. 

$40,000 - $50,000 base salary

• You will understand the data created by the sales team and how to best leverage that data to improve sales and marketing outcomes
• Ensure that automation within the CRM are working properly, and assess to recommend improvements
• You will be back-up for in-bound sales, with the goal of scheduling a consultation and having the individual show up for their appointment
• Have the emotional intelligence and maturity to have difficult conversations with women and help them decide to set an initial appointment
• Receive and respond to online submission forms to set appointments

• Business-to-consumer sales experience, with sales numbers to share
• Experience using multi-line phone systems and office computer systems and software
• Ability to listen with empathy and create summative notes for the legal team
• Organized, logical, forward-thinking, and communicative
• Excellent ability to multi-task and keep calm under pressure
