Call Center Agent

Working as a Call Center Agent will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself! You will be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do and share in our belief in the quality value of delivering superior hospitality to our premier client.

Job and responsibilities:

Hours are 2pm - 11pm

  • Answer phones and respond to a variety of general inquiries and/or refer to the appropriate department or person.

  • Input all requests in facilities ticketing system routing to appropriate teams in an efficient manner with appropriate level of classification.

  • Conduct follow-up calls with callers when appropriate to provide them with status updates on their requests.

  • Ensure every call is answered with enthusiasm and each caller has an efficient and memorable experience.

  • Participate in daily and weekly meetings, reviewing all relevant info needed to stay connected to the overall Hospitality and Facilities Teams.

  • Track and report any relevant data important to the goals of the operations of the call center.

  • Training of new hires, as well as the ongoing training of current staff, to ensure consistently high levels of professionalism among staff members.

  • Maintain a strong awareness of business activity and how this will affect the responses to requests.


  • Maintain consistent work ethic without direct supervision.

  • Highly motivated, dependable, energetic and positive individuals.

  • Must be available for travel between midtown NY and Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

  • Keeps commitments and promises and acts in the best interest of the Company, Customer, and Team.

  • Familiarity working with Windows applications and multiple web-based applications.
