Our mission is to provide the Small Business sales, Commercial & Corporate sales and Relationship Management teams with the necessary technology, tools, processes, and content that empower them to sell effectively and efficiently to meet customer needs - in an environment that safeguards our customers, employees, and business. This role will be responsible for collaborating on short term and long-term business initiatives and programs designed to achieve segment top priorities, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead front line readiness development on key business initiatives including process mapping, procedures, resources, and written & verbal communications
  • Develop readiness strategy and drive execution for key business initiatives designed to support Small Business and Commercial and Corporate Business Segment priorities and solve key business problems
  • Provide vision, direction, expertise, and execution plans to more experienced leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to Business Segment leadership teams
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analyses on a regular basis, recognize emerging patterns, and make recommendations to deliver and improve on front line resources supporting business priorities and address gaps and/or potential opportunities
  • Develop strong partnership with Small Business and Global Treasury Management partners as needed to ensure merchant services teams are tightly aligned with banking partners to deliver exceptional client experience
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data analysis that requires creative approaches to solving complex problems, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Develop objectives and key results (OKR's) and use metrics, Key performance indicators (KPI's), to track the effectiveness of readiness functions and develop an ongoing feedback loop to ensure continuous improvements
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business, lifecycle of sales process, and strategic initiatives
  • Develop and deliver top quality, highly impactful and informative verbal and written presentations to executive leadership
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a strategic business initiatives leadership role in Financial Services - preferably Payment Processing, Financial Services, and/or Fintech
  • Leads by example with high energy, transparency, relationship management, and influencing skills; results-driven with risk-based mindset
  • Demonstrated experience developing strong, collaborative working relationships with a variety of constituents across all levels of organization
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills needed to operate in a fast paced, matrix organization environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial business to business products & services, sales and relationship management processes and strong understanding of client needs.
  • Highly effective communicator - excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex processes or concepts
  • Ability to present complex concepts to senior management
  • Proficient in MS Office suite - Power Point, Word, Excel
  • Experience with Tableau and CRM tools a plus
