LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for a great client located in the central Nassau County area.
This is a contract to hire role with a company that offers growth opportunities! This role must report onsite five days per week.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for order entry process including inventory verification and answering customer inquiries via phone, email, etc.
- Interaction with various sales campaigns that are run throughout the year
- Determine items that need to be escalated to different teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Qualifications :
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with purchase orders
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new technology quickly with training
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
Hours :
- 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm
- Monday through Friday
- 100% Onsite
