LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for a great client located in the central Nassau County area.


This is a contract to hire role with a company that offers growth opportunities! This role must report onsite five days per week.


Responsibilities :



  • Responsible for order entry process including inventory verification and answering customer inquiries via phone, email, etc.


  • Interaction with various sales campaigns that are run throughout the year

  • Determine items that need to be escalated to different teams

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support


Qualifications :



  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience

  • Experience working with purchase orders

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to learn new technology quickly with training

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office


Hours :



  • 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm

  • Monday through Friday

  • 100% Onsite

$50,000-$55,000 per year
