Description Workplace Wellness Sr Manager/Clinical Psychologist This role is dealing with individuals and teams who work in the Content Moderation space on highly sensitive content as well as liaising directly with the client. Candidate Profile: Be educated to at least Masters Level in any of the following disciplines: a. Clinical, Counselling or Health Psychology b. Therapeutic Counselling c. Psychotherapy d. Clinical Social work 2. Have completed at least three (3) years post-graduate client/patient facing clinical experience (inclusive of supervised practice completed as part of training) during which they provided 1:1 care, and designed and delivered group-based interventions. 3. Hold accreditation/registration/practitioner status with: a. The State or Governmental agency with responsibility for regulating the practice of i. Clinical, Counselling or Health Psychology ii. Therapeutic Counselling iii. Psychotherapy iv. Clinical Social Work or,b. Where there is no state or governmental agency currently regulating these professions, candidate will: i. Hold full membership & accredited practitioner status or chartership with the relevant learned professional society/body within their state/country of operation, or ii. Have completed the necessary educational and post-graduate client/patient facing clinical experience required for full membership & accredited practitioner status of the applicable learned professional society/body within their state/country of operation4. Complete the continuous professional development necessary to maintain good standing within their professional society/body a. Where a state or governmental agency is established in the region for the regulation of the practice of:i. Clinical, Counselling or Health Psychologyii. Therapeutic Counsellingiii. Psychotherapy iv. Clinical Social Work Additional certifications in a range of therapies beneficial Minimum 7 years of experience in wellness or psychotherapy field. Experience with Crisis & Trauma Management Experience with Suicide Prevention (Active & Ideation) Knowledge about Canadian Psychiatric (Mental Health) Litigation Experience with innovation & strategy in Mental Health & Wellness programs, preferably within a Corporate setting Customer Management exposure and Content Moderation would be a big plus! Excellent communication skills Strong People management & liaising abilities Good Presentation & Webinar Skills and exposure to working with Global Client Population Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strategy: Drive initiatives to achieve healthy outcomes Evaluate program effectiveness and analyze data Driving continuous improvement initiatives Recommend organizational process or policy change Employee care: Individually Conduct needs assessments/ psychometric assessments Monitor health of employees Conduct 1:1 Coaching & counselling sessions to guide the employees. Monitor employee s progress on a regular basis to ensure that their needs are met by the course of action, and to adjust it if necessary. Manage clinical cases as required & appropriate Ensure appropriate escalation procedures in place within legal MH frameworks in the Province of British Columbia Group Workshops/Sessions Design activity-based, customized workshops based on the nature of the work on how to maintain personal life balance, stress management, anger management, how to overcome depression, therapies, etc. Reporting & Communications: Communicate with the management team on a regular basis to discuss observations and insights Communicate with the client on a regular basis, agreeing format and cadence of reports, additionally attending any vendor forums Oversee all communications to agents Oversee dashboards and reports creation Measuring impact of all wellness initiatives.
