LHH is looking for a highly experienced Member Services Representative Supervisor for a reputable Healthcare company. See the qualifications below and apply todayResponsibilities: Support the Director with the development and implementation of organizational plans, strategies and annual budget. Review and analyze department performance and targeted performance objectives leveraging company data applicable to the department, available KPI and additional performance measurement resources. Collaboratively and cooperatively work with the Director to create and implement additional plans and/or strategies to solve departmental performance gaps to stated business objectives and/or targeted KPI results. Support the Director with the process of positioning and documenting the department's business priorities, goals and objectives on a quarterly and/or monthly basis to achieve business targets as projected in the annual business plan. Network and collaborate with departmental team members, and area leaders on special projects and/or towards the accomplishment of company-wide business goals, objectives and projections. Adequately present departmental performance information, project updates and additional information to various internal business stakeholders. Participate in collaborating with the Director on the departmental staffing plans and processes to support the effective execution of the department's and/or company's business plans, strategies and initiatives. Work with Human Resources and the operating area team members to privilege, train, and supervise and effectively manage direct reports. Manage and maintain high-performance standards for all direct reports and other team members through regular communication business updates, coaching, counseling, disciplining and completing timely performance evaluations in line with the company's Human Resources guidelines and standards. Establish and implement personal and professional development initiatives for all direct reports, and team members, for the purpose of keeping performance current and effective in their various job duties and roles. Adhere to escalated calls from members and assist with incoming calls, as needed. Maintain department calendar, schedule time off requests, and monitor staff attendance. Interact with members under pressure in a positive, tranquil, and acknowledgeable way for positive results. Support the training program by reviewing and contributing to updated training materials. Work directly with the Director and other departments to perform related Member Services functions. Provide suggestions and/or improvements related to department policies and procedures, as needed. Oversee challenging and/or or emotional customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, solicit customer feedback to improve service, and respond to requests for service and assistance and meet commitments. Utilize tact, discretion, and courtesy while addressing needs of the clients, the public, and others encounters in the course of daily duties. Perform other duties and special projects, as needed.Qualifications: Associates Degree in Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent, preferred. 5+ years' experience in a call center role in a managerial role, required. Proven ability to supervise, train, plan, and implement assigned duties, required. Previous experience working in the Healthcare industry, specifically HMO, required.
