The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for the handling of all the returns from customers and interacting internally with the vendors to resolve any issues with the product purchased by the customers.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the customer service of all RMAs.
- Communicate with customers regarding any issues with their purchases
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the status of their returns
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience in the RMA department (MUST)
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Bilingual a plus (Spanish - English)
