KPMG is currently seeking a Sr. Associate, Tax Technology Support to join our Tax Technology Practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide web-based proprietary application support via chat, e-mail and ticketing system for KPMG tax software products
  • Work with team members and use available resources to resolve complex tasks prior to escalation
  • Working on other special projects and assignments; including but not limited to, interim QA testing, maintaining and developing management statistical reports, assist with on boarding of new team members, updating knowledgebase and training materials
  • Obtain deep technical understanding of KPMG applications and process knowledge; Aid with new product learning and training of new hires
  • Engage in all offered learning opportunities and seeks out other relevant learning opportunities important to the role

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of software support with two years of tax-technical experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Strong interest in technology and aptitude for learning intricacies of software applications; ONESOURCE experience preferred
  • Outstanding verbal/written communication, customer service, collaboration, critical, diagnostic and creative thinking skills to thrive in an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
  • Able to maintain a level of clarity and thinking under pressure; adapt swiftly when changes occur and balance high-paced competing demands
  • Ability to balance high-paced competing demands, with flexibility to work extended daily and weekend schedule during busy seasons to support end users
