What You’ll be Doing

• Develops sustainable business relationships with clients, gaining increased knowledge of their needs and challenges to implement effective solutions through Avtex offerings.
• Presents project vision, architecture, and strategy to clients while driving transformation and innovation in medium-large client organizations.
• Assists business development with project requirements. Develops related estimates and aids in completing the Scope of Work (SOW).
• Demonstrates concern for meeting client needs in a manner that provides satisfaction and excellent results for the client, leading to additional opportunities within the client account. Conducts related needs analysis and gathers client requirements. Successfully installs, configures, deploys, customizes and tests Avtex Solutions for multiple clients.
• Demonstrates leadership responsibilities on projects of various sizes. For example, may assist the team manager with project identification and assignment as needed. Ensures consultants are aware of timelines associated with assigned tasks.
• Follows industry technology trends through self-study and formal training and shares that knowledge internally and externally via white papers, blog posts, and social media.

What You Bring to the Role

• 5+ years’ experience with full life cycle development utilizing object-oriented designed in a project based environment.
• Rich understanding of the .NET Framework, dotnet core a plus
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Web Development Platforms; ASP.Net and ASP MVC
• Experience using Visual Studio and source control (Git, Team Foundation Server, or Microsoft Dev Ops)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, Microsoft’s Entity Framework or NHibernate, Content Management Systems, and Software Development Patterns.
• Experience with integrating with external systems, Dynamics SDK a plus
• Ability to promote code and artifacts repeatably through environments

What You Can Expect

The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $90,000 to $160,000 USD per year base salary. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
