L1 Tech Support & Sales for Web Hosts - Phones & Chat (Part time)

Bobcares.com is looking to take in Level 1 tech support and sales representatives for our 24x7 Tier 1 tech support center located in Phoenix, AZ.
As a level 1 tech support & sales representative, you will handle incoming technical support calls or chats related to client side websites/mails/database. You will need to engage with clients with empathy and a high degree of professionalism to solve the issues they face so that their websites, email and applications function well. You will also handle incoming sales calls and chats and help them choose hosting or support plans that meet their technical requirement.
Skills/Qualifications
1) Strong multi-tasking skills, including conversing while navigating a CRM platform simultaneously
2) Excellent active listening and communication skills, good judgment, patience and understanding while helping clients
3) Must be able to articulate troubleshooting steps clearly and concise to all customers, including those who are elderly, hard of hearing or lack of internet knowledge
4) Well versed in using the Internet, Computers/Laptops & Smartphone and a self learner.
5) Strong work ethic, positive attitude and team player.
6) Flexible to work in shifts and/or weekends with 100% attendance.
7) Reliable, Punctual and able to work without supervision.
8) Experience in Customer Service through phone/chat
Desired Skills
1) Have knowledge of Domain Registration, Websites, Hosting, Email, DNS and Hosting control panels like cPanel or Plesk or any other server management tools.
2) Exposure to Content Management Systems like Wordpress, Joomla, Magento etc.
3) Experience using Mac, Windows, Linux from user perspective and knowing how to setup various email clients like macmail, outlook, thunderbird
4) Having your own personal blog or website or hosting services.
5) Experience providing technical support to customers,friends,family.
6) Self learner who is passionate about technology and loves to learn about cloud technology (aws, azure), droplets, vps hosting technologies.
Bobcares, being part of the Internet industry, works 24/7/365. You should be willing to be flexible to work in shifts as well as weekends.
Available for Over Time when required by the company is a plus point.
Successful candidates should be available for about 20-40 hours paid training.
