Job Summary

Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to offer customer support through phone to customers who have questions, concerns or confusion around a particular product or service.

You re literally the voice of the brand, and a strong relationship between our clients and their customers starts with you. So only the awesome need apply.

• IF REQUIRED TO WORK FROM HOME: You provide the HIGH SPEED INTERNET, we will provide the equipment for you to be successful. There is ALWAYS A POSSIBILITY THAT YOU MAY BE ASKED TO COME ON SITE.
• Based on the program you qualify for, you COULD train on site and then work from home
• Based on the program you qualify for, you COULD train and work from home but be ASKED TO WORK ONE OR MORE DAYS ON SITE each week.
• We do not offer training and working from home permanently, we may ask you to come on site to work
• Sitting for long periods of time
• You will wear a headset
• Talking most of the day
• You will need a quiet area free of distractions
• We do provide an Ethernet cord with your set-up. If it's not long enough, you will need to purchase one that runs from your router or modem to your computer. An Ethernet cord is your lifeline so that your computer runs smoothly and you can access your programs as well as assist customers in a timely manner.
• MUST LIVE IN SAN ANTONIO, TX or within a 50 MILE RADIUS
