JOB SUMMARY

The Tech Support position requires a basic level of expertise in Desktop Systems, Server Systems, Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Productivity Software, and specialized gaming & other software. The position is responsible for maintaining systems (Hardware and Software), installation of new Hardware, and other duties as assigned by the Information Technology Manager/Director.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Installation of new software.
  • Virus detection and removal.
  • Installation of new hardware.
  • Assist end users with issues.
  • Provide diagnostic assistance in resolving issues.
  • Provide scheduled on call support to THE ROW end users.
  • Create/maintain documentation on systems, procedures, and processes.
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • College Degree preferred however related job experience may be substituted for education.
  • Job related experience in the Gaming Industry preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft products (Operating Systems XP, Windows 7, Windows 8)
  • Experience with Microsoft Productivity Software (MS Office 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013)
  • Preferred Infogenesis and OASIS systems experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written communication.
  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting preferred.
  • Gaming Licenses Required.
  • Other IT Certifications are a plus.
