About this role:

The Senior Financial Analyst will support financial activities within the company-wide investment process (business cases, forecasting, costing of actuals, internal billing and ongoing benefit tracking). This position will play a key role in enabling Wells Fargo to maximize the value of its business investments and facilitate greater accountability for the delivery of capabilities and benefits.

In this role, you will:
  • Support the company-wide, quarterly business case / prioritization process and associated ongoing financial planning, reporting and analysis activities
  • Facilitate the tracking of objectives and key results (OKRs) for the company to measure progress against investment objectives
  • Contribute to technology development (e.g., user interfaces, workflows, dashboards) to facilitate and industrialize the end-to-end investment process
  • Support the quarterly process and output for the reporting and analysis of investment financials to various Finance, Technology and Business stakeholders
  • Partner with investment process leads across all line of business and enterprise functions to continuously improve data quality and usability for decision-making
  • Provide ad-hoc financial, analytical and presentation support for variety of executive audiences
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 4+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Financial experience in creating strong business cases and supporting a company-wide investment prioritization process
  • Experience developing mockups, presentations and use cases to illustrate system requirements
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with extensive experience presenting to and working with senior executive-level leaders
  • A background in corporate finance heavy professions or roles such as investment banking, corporate development, or corporate finance analytics
  • A demonstrated working knowledge of modern technology terms and trends
  • Critical thinking, problem solving and collaboration
  • Ability to support and adapt to organizational change in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Pay Range
$100,800.00 - $179,200.00 Annual
