Immediate need for a talented Resource Planning Associate Representative with experience in the Insurance Industry.This is a 05+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Franklin, TN. Please review the below.

Key Responsibilities:
- Place a high outbound call volume daily of 200+ calls to eligible members to schedule in-home health assessments.
- Receive a high inbound call volume daily from eligible members to scheduling in-home health assessments.
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge, employ active listening skills, and handle objection to entice members to agree to a covered benefit provided by their insurance.
- Access various insurance portals to verify member eligibility before outreach. Multiple provider portals are used and will need to be learned.
- Update demographics and patient statuses in the electronic health record as needed, maintain complete and accurate documentation in NextGen.
- Meet daily/ weekly/ monthly metric standards set for the department.
- Schedulers are monitored on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to record performance and progress.
- Call recordings are evaluated regularly to keep schedulers on target with performance goals and compliance.
- Create a rapport with assigned providers to communicate about schedules and travel; schedulers are the primary point of contact for providers.
- Close and frequent collaboration with -(s), team leads, and scheduling team members daily communication is required within the department to collaborate regarding status of provider schedules, leads to call, and daily assignments.
- Promote a positive customer experience in all customer interactions by demonstrating courtesy behaviors and focusing on member satisfaction.
- Maintain member information in a private and secure manner by complying with HIPAA Guidelines at all times.
- Take ownership and accountability for responding to member concerns, complaints, or questions.
- Become an expert in all available scheduling and mapping applications and software.
- Multiple applications are used daily to schedule appointments for providers, update member demographics, notate calls made to members, track leads, and strategize outreach based on available leads.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Highly motivated, self-directed professional with strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience and strong knowledge of electronic medical records and EMR operating systems
- Prior knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage insurance policies
- Prior experience verifying medical insurance - through telephone IVR, electronic provider portals, etc.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in computer-based applications such as Microsoft Office products(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); experience with Internet Explorer
- Preferred 50 WPM
