Description:

Work from anywhere in the US! As a Cryptography Architect you will be responsible for delivering cryptographic solutions by providing technical knowledge and architectural design across one or more technical platforms including cloud-based services. This position will be a solution architect on multiple projects with a number of components and integration points. This full-time position reports to the Director of Information Security Strategy and Architecture, and encompasses the below key duties:

• Understanding the cloud key management and crypto services and the ability to provide hands-on design, solutions, and support to technical project teams.
• Design and oversee security patterns and solutions that provide frameworks, interfaces, and services that can be extended and reused across one or more platforms including cloud platforms
• Significant contribution to setting technology direction, development of architecture and influence in implementation
• Ability to identify potential weaknesses and design strategic solutions to reduce risk in private and public cloud
• Ensure security architecture is consistent with industry and enterprise standards
• Regularly interface with other functional teams' leadership and engineers
• Interact with business partners to better understand their objectives and help them understand industry technical landscapes
• Extend business product innovation through the adoption and implementation of technology
• Routinely introduces new and impactful technologies based on research, POC efforts and independent investigation

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or Math
• Experience with security/cryptography technologies including hardware security modules, trusted platform modules, authentication and encryption protocols, 3rd party crypto tools, PKI, key management etc.
• 6 months experience with Information Security knowledge within several disciplines including supporting architecture domains (business, data, application, technical, integration, etc.)
• 6 months of technical experience in developing cryptographic and key management solutions for a broad range of applications and platforms including private and public clouds
• 6 months experience applying cryptographic solutions to security products and services

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable solution architectures that perform at a global enterprise scale
• Able to share technology subject matter expertise with architects and other engineers across multiple organizations

Qualifications

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually bonus benefits
