We are seeking experienced healthcare call center representatives to join our specialty medication services firm! This is a project based role expected to last through March 2022!
Responsibilities:
- Provide white glove healthcare services to patients regarding copay assistance programs
- Respond to inbound/outbound phone calls from patients, physicians, and pharmacies to assist with reimbursement needs
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements:
- 2 years in healthcare/case management with experience in high volume call centers
- Experience with pharmacy benefits or medical billing is a plus!
- Strong communication skills required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
