Job Description:
Answering the calls based on scripts;
Sales of free consultations on roofing, siding and windows replacement projects to clients;
Approval of appointments of marketing associates;
Follow-ups with our clients;
Management and control of Customer Service Representatives;
Analysis and improvement of call center activity;
Creation of reports: the number of leads, sources, appointments, and results of appointments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.62 - $20.08 per hour
