Senior Tax Accountant (Mostly Remote!)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Location & Worksite Type: Bellevue, WA (Highly Remote: In-office once a quarter!)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing workpapers for documentation of procedures and analytics
• In charge of preparing reports and financial statements
• Prepare tax returns (e.g., 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120S, WA State Estate) and tax research memorandums
• Identify potential service opportunities within tax and financial planning
• Participate in technical training in various area (e.g., individual taxation; pass-through entities; fixed assets accounting; estate and gifts)

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 2+ years of experience in individual and business entity tax
• Having or in the process of obtaining a CPA or Enrolled Agent certification is a plus
