Third parties like IHS Markit, Frost & Sullivan, and Aragon Research consistently list RingCentral.The Outreach Administrator is a key member of the Marketing Technology Team working with Sales Operations, Sales Enablement and our RingCentral global sales teams to accelerate revenue.Responsibilities:
  • System Administrator for Outreach instances including responsibilities for:
    • Sequence management
    • System organization
    • Systems Integration Oversight, management,
    • Prioritize and execute projects to improve sales rep and customer experience; workflow optimization for Sales.
    • Change management across teams and systems
    • Minimize errors and cross system impact of changes
    • User Role & User Management
    • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to design, test, and report on Sequence success. Update & manage request process.
    • Monitor and improve Email Deliverability and List Quality for Sales; implement best practices to improve response rates.
    • Create a great customer and prospect experience through coordination of programs within - and outside - Outreach and across team asks.
    • Support all Sales Teams
    • Be the central point of contact for Outreach and Sequence needs.
    • Own day to day Outreach vendor relationship.
    • Report on tactical campaign results as needed.
    • Assist Sales Managers and data teams to build dashboards showing rep performance.
    • Assist Marketing Systems, SOPS, and CRM teams with data analysis, investigations, and system maintenance.Qualifications:
      • Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
      • Outreach Administrator for at least 2 years. Admin Badge required.
      • Able to work under tight deadlines.
      • Ability to prioritize and balance competing projects.
      • Engineering and process mindset; strong technical acumen.
      • Strong experience with Salesforce.com, including as a Salesperson and/or Marketer (or administrator/power user).
      • Experience with ESPs, Salesloft, Marketo, Eloqua or similar.
      • Strong understanding of database concepts.
      • Excellent communication skills.
      • Strong time management and personal management skills.
      • Strong user of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and Google Docs.
      • Learns quickly and asks questions; considers implications of change.
      • Education:
        B.A. in business, marketing, finance, MIS, computer science, or related discipline.Preferred - One or More of the following:
        • SFDC Administration Experience (even if it's at a small org).
        • Salesloft, Eloqua, Pardot, or Marketo Certified Expert (current).
        • Background in Sales as a BDR or SDR
        • Background in email marketing in a high volume environmentWhat we offer:
