To accelerate our growth among upmarket companies, we are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded B2B marketer for the Senior Manager, Paid Social to join a dynamic Enterprise Marketing team to optimize our programs, strategies and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years driving and executing on paid social strategy (B2B), managing campaigns on LinkedIn, FB, and other platforms
• Expertise in A/B testing, retargeting, campaign optimizations
• Familiar with platforms like Metadata, Rollworks
• Familiar with Marketo, SFDC, and working w/ Marketing Ops

Responsibilities:

• Work with the broader enterprise marketing team on driving acquisition, acceleration, and expansion through social media investments and strategy.
• Drive revenue growth from paid social strategy - through creative thinking, compelling data-driven insights, test-and-learn methodology, and rapid execution
• Partner with web, creative, marketing operations and channel managers to ensure tracking is set up properly, execute programs, and improve conversion performance
• Report on return on investment and attribution across social spend and channels, and continually monitor and improve campaigns
• Stay on top of trends and leading practices in social to drive innovation into RingCentral paid social strategy
• Manage agency partners and the execution of the paid social plan
• Communicate data driven insights and learnings with broader team
• Experience managing paid social budgets

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $120,000 and $150,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
