Director IT Enterprise Resource Planning
Qualifications
Team with business and technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to provide implementation of technology solutions
Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally
A bachelors or graduate degree and approximately 15+ years of related work experience.
10+ years of experience working with an ERP system in a software configuration implementation role, 5+ years of leadership experience managing team of professionals.
Proven track record in system implementation for one or more of the following Oracle eBusiness Suite r12 Financial Applications: GL, AP, Payments AR, fixed assets, Cash Management, Treasury, Procurement, Project Costing/Billing/Resource Management.
3-5 full lifecycle implementations in any of the above
Familiarity with Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues
The successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel as needed to meet client demands.
Ideally, you'll also have Cloud Certifications in Cloud Applications

Responsibilities
Support the existing functionality and finance and accounting users in the effective use of system and Oracle processes
This position will support internal finance and accounting business users by managing projects through agreed upon phases of the ERP project governance, requirements definition, technology risk analysis, customization, testing, implementation, training and rollout
Constantly work on Improvement in application performance driving higher customer (internal and external) satisfaction
Participate and provide expertise in the development and execution of roadmap for the financial functionality.
Will lead and provide consultation for development and implementation of Cloud migration roadmap. Work with internal business and external partners for business case development and approval.
Manage external vendors and service providers to support the current and future platforms.
Interact and communicate effectively with finance and technology senior and middle management executives as well as end user and business subject matter experts
Manage task assignments and mentoring other members of the team.
