Junior Tech Support Engineer- Contract, Boston
A major healthcare community of hospitals, care centers, and teaching institutions is in need of a Junior Help Desk Technician to come on for a short contract.
In this 6-month contract you'll provide technical support for academic medical centers, hospitals, affiliates and medical practices, as well as, other IS Digital Support departments. You'll be working with Windows servers, Dell and HP laptops and O365.
This is a traveling role that will require you to travel around MA delivering your skills to different sites of the company- most sites are around the city of Boston but a car is required for this role.
- At least 1 year of IT Support experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with Windows
- Experience supporting users with active directory, and email servers such as O365.
Tech Breakdown
- 80% Level 1 Tech Support
- 20% Level 2 Tech Support
Daily Responsibilities
- 80% Hands On
- 20% Team Collaboration
