Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the Digital Graphic Designer will design highly targeted B2B digital marketing assets to attract new prospects and engage existing clients for upsell/cross-sell opportunities. This is a cross-functional role that will work closely with the demand generation managers, copywriters and global design teams to collaborate on creative design tactics that drive engagement and conversions. A strong portfolio of digital experience designing for B2B organizations is required.

You Will
  • Present high-quality drafts of brand assets including ad concepts, storyboards, web and email layouts designed for a variety of screen sizes and digital displays
  • Design, prepare and create visual media that supports digital-first marketing campaigns designed to generate demand, and accelerate pipeline activity for Foundever's Americas Region
  • Develop various files, including static and animated graphics, for multiple mediums from GIFs website content and interactive media
  • Develop visual B2B designs concepts for social media channels, primarily LinkedIn and Facebook (paid and organic) that align with the campaign messaging and audience
  • Select and adapt stock imagery and specs that align with the campaign vision, audience and vertical across all campaign channels
  • Design visual elements and graphics for landing pages in marketing platforms like HubSpot, Foleon, etc.
  • Design graphics and user interface elements such as buttons, icons and CTA (Call to Action) tactics that perform and convert
  • Design marketing collateral including whitepapers, case studies and brochures that engage and interact with readers visually
  • Design infographics (static and animated) that convey complex and technical data/content in an easy-to-understand visual representation for landing pages, presentations, social, email marketing and collateral
  • Supports the graphic requests for in-person and/or virtual events including logo requests, swag logo placements, On24 webinar console design, e-vites, landing pages, digital ads, collateral and booth/banner design, etc.
You Have
  • A strong portfolio of digital experience designing for B2B organizations is required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience working as a Graphic Designer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of HTML & CSS is a plus.
  • Experience with video software including Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere or After Effects is a plus
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, Terminus, On24 and other similar marketing technology software stacks
  • Knowledge of digital marketing sizes and best practices across web, social, and paid marketing.
  • Ability to multitask and work on several projects at one time.
  • Ability to follow global branding guidelines set forth by global marketing team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • A "get it done" attitude.
  • Ability to meet short delivery deadlines.
  • Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and/or B2B experience is a plus.
