Award-winning stock market and investing publisher is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join the Cincinnati-based company. The Customer Service Representative will be a member of the elite and expanding sales team, working directly with high net-worth individual investors and retail traders.

Schaeffer s Customer Service Representative is tasked primarily with providing our subscribers and internal departments a positive experience while servicing accounts, supporting sales and handling customer concerns.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist subscribers with account maintenance, website navigation and general questions, via emails, phone and/or live chats..
  • Internal account maintenance including but not limited to: combining duplicate records, handling email bouncebacks, redistributing book assignments when requested by management.
  • Manually modifying subscription terms as required by specific promotions
  • Routing cancel/refunds requests to Sales representative or refund specialist
  • Monitor overnight voicemails and route accordingly
  • Provide backup to fellow team members as needed
