Summary Account Responsibilities:


The purpose of this position is to provide Program Management from low to medium cross-functional projects and programs. Generally works across VP Orgs. Broad strategic influence. Aligns teams and orgs toward simple, coherent approaches.


Duties and Responsibilities:


· Owns customer support, tracks progress and completion, development, adoption, and training for A2WRE, TPS, and addition programs as addressed by Worldwide Real Estate Product & Program Management team.


· Provides exceptional customer service in a timely manner, and in accordance with client expectations.


· Manages A2WRE SIM queue, and addresses barriers within a 48 hour SLA aligned to contact administrator function of Program and direct outreach. Success will be measured through a KPI and regular check-ins with client to assess effectiveness.


· While providing exceptional customer support, this role will also log customer issues to capture pain points and frequent requests from customers in order to address issues and automate solutions over manual resolution.


· Supports the development of SOPs or guides to mitigate or resolve recurring issues or requests.


· Ability to write, read, and review white papers with data and cost analytics to support new initiatives.


· Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed by contributing to Asana project updates, customer-facing status reports, flash reports, newsletters, QuickSite dashboards and other communication deliverables as requested by Manager.


· Facilitates client meetings and weekly office hours.


· Implements project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.


· Ensures project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.


· Tracks progress of each program task against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives and schedule.


· Implements standard risk management routines with management support, to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate program risks.


· Creates data and cost analytic reports needed for program development or process adjustments.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES


No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan and supervise assignments.


QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE


Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university. Minimum four years of related experience. Prior Supervisory experience preferred.


CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES


PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred.


COMMUNICATION SKILLS


Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.


FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE


Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.


REASONING ABILITY


Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.


OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES


Strong process skills, negotiating, decision-making and analytical skills are necessary. Demonstrated ability in project management processes, tools and techniques.


Ability to build and maintain effective professional/client relationships.


Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Program Manager position is $110,000.00 annually [or $52.88 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Program Manager position is $120,000.00 annually [or $57.69 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
